Text Jesse, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 80236804, processes personal data. This policy explains what data, why, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
Text Jesse (KVK 80236804) is the data controller. For questions about this policy or your data, email jesse@textjesse.nl.
What data I process
- Contact details you provide yourself: name, email address, company name, job title, phone number.
- Business contact details I collect or enrich for sales outbound on behalf of clients: name, job title, company name, business email address, published LinkedIn data.
- Website and email interaction data: opened emails, clicked links, technical logs.
- Data from a call you book through the website: name, email address, call notes.
Why I use this data
- To contact you when you book a call or email me.
- To run sales outbound campaigns on behalf of clients (email and LinkedIn), based on legitimate interest: business-to-business outreach to a job function, not consumers.
- To measure and improve campaign results.
Legal basis
For direct contact and booking calls: performance of a contract or your consent. For business sales outbound on behalf of clients: legitimate interest, in line with GDPR rules for b2b communication. You can object and have your data deleted at any time.
Sharing with third parties
I share data with service providers I use to do my work, such as email infrastructure and enrichment services. Each party that requires one has signed a data processing agreement. I do not sell data.
This website also loads two third-party services: Google Fonts (for the typefaces; your IP address goes to Google) and Calendly (for booking a call). Both only load when you visit the site or click "Book a call".
Retention period
I keep data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. I delete business contact data used for outreach immediately on request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, and port your data. Send a request to jesse@textjesse.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Unsubscribing from an email campaign
Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email jesse@textjesse.nl directly. You'll then be removed from the list.
